We believe that women are not objects to be won or spoils of war. As Psalm 139:14 says, they are “fearfully and wonderfully made” by God, the creator of heaven and earth.

What does fearfully and wonderfully made mean?

Psalm 139 begins with a plea from David that God would search his heart. Only God can truly know us from the inside out. He KNEW us since our time in the womb. He praises God at the end of his prayer as he realizes that God knows every single detail about him because God created him. He realizes that he is the one who formed him in the womb.

When you think of how God created the world, you can see that he spoke all things into existence…except mankind. With Adam, God formed him with His hands. He breathed life into him. Mankind was created in God’s image.
